Fog that is thick that impairs your driving ability can be very dangerous. Numerous accidents happen in these conditions. Some even causing fatalities. A friend of mine who lives in Minnesota once told me that he is better off driving in snowy conditions than in a fog. Having experienced both situations myself, I tend to agree.
